Trust Celtic Copper to bring you high quality solid copper jewelry that fits both your size and style. Our customers who wear copper jewelry to relieve stiff joints and arthritis pain particularly appreciate the purity of our products and level of care given by the Elves in customer relations.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and will replace the item or refund the full purchase price of any jewelry piece that is defective upon arrival. If your piece of Celtic Copper Jewelry does not fit, feel, or function as expected for any other reason you may return the item(s) for equivalent store credit. We will send you the return shipping label for your item(s) at no additional cost. 

START YOUR FREE RETURN

To begin the free return process sign into your Celtic Copper customer account. The sign-in icon is at the top header of the Celtic Copper website. Once logged in you can select the order and item(s) of interest. Indicate that you would like to initiate a return and follow through with the given options.

Please begin the return request within 10 days of receiving your order. A printable return label will be sent to the email address associated with your account once the return has been approved. Ship the item(s) back as soon as possible once the return shipping label has been issued. Eligible items must be returned to us within 30 days of their original delivery date to you. Your store credit is issued when your package arrives back in the studio.

The following product categories cannot be returned due to the nature of these items. Please be thoughtful in your selection and remember there are no refunds for:

•           Custom size items or personalized orders
•           Clasps that have lost their copper plating
•           Chain-by-the-foot and Bulk Products
•           Postage fees (all non-refundable)
•           Tarnished or altered jewelry

Our return rate is extremely low. We want you to be a happy Celtic Copper customer. Contact us immediately if you have any trouble with your order, your return, or if a unique situation arises with your purchase.
