Tried to cancel my order due to change of plans and my inability to get to the states to pick this package up (winter storm). They replied with an incomprehensible email about elves that didn’t answer my question about cancelling/shipping/delivery or offer any kind of resolution. I assume the package is sitting in my mailbox but I’m in Canada and have no way to know. Hopefully it’s still there in a couple months when I’m able to go. My fault for changing plans, but an actual reply to my email rather than trying to be cute would have been appreciated. Would love to give a review about the actual product because I anticipate it being great! It appears that the customer service really couldn’t have cared less about my issue which is unfortunate.
