Many of our customers find it convenient to create a customer account because it saves time typing in details on their next order. At the checkout you’ll be given the option to create an account or place an order without an account.

We believe in good old fashion mail-order too! We accept personal checks, money orders and travelers’ checks made out to "Celtic Copper". Simply send us a written order and payment to:

Please include your name and address, shipping preference, and the items you wish to order including any necessary custom options such as clasp style or size. Orders will be shipped once the funds have cleared the banking system. All prices and payment is to be made in US dollars.

Some customers prefer to place their order by phone. We are on the west coast in Washington State. Please call between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm Pacific time. Our phone number is 425-377-9790. The message on our phone is for both of our businesses: Celtic Copper, our online jewelry store and Circle Green Healing Arts, our Usui Reiki healing practice. We are a home based business and sometimes a family member may answer. Ask for Shannon when you call.

Our answering service is private and secure if you would like to leave a message with your order and payment details. We can also answer your questions via an e-mail but advise you not to send sensitive financial information through e-mail. When calling, please include your name and the address associated with your credit card billing, the phone number, shipping preference, and the items you wish to order including any necessary custom options such as clasp style or size. Payment details need to include the type of credit card, the account number, expiration date and the three digit security code, if any that is listed on the back of the card.

Back Orders
Sometimes we run out of a particular item. The usual turn around for back stocked items is 2-4 weeks. There are no additional shipping fees when a partial order is sent and the back ordered item follows. Shipping fees are refunded if an entire order is cancelled. In most cases we send an e-mail to advise you of the situation and ask your preference of waiting or substituting for another item or a refund.

International Sales
We love our mail-order and international customers and are glad to do the extra foot work it takes at the post office to send the finest American quality around the globe. Making customers happy is good business, no matter where they call home.

To make an order from outside the US send simply us an email or letter with a list of the items you would like to purchase. Include your full name and mailing address and all the pertinent information about your choice of size or clasp style, color choice etc. We want to get it just right for you.

The shipping fee for most international orders is $19.95. The actual cost may vary depending on the size and weight of the items being shipped. (It depends on what I can fit into the envelope!) We will add it all up and let you know the total with shipping. After confirming the payment total the actual payment is arranged. All prices and payment is to be made in US dollars.

PayPal is the fastest and easiest way to pay. Once the order is confirmed a PayPal money request for payment in the total sum of your desired purchase will be sent. (PayPal customers will need to let us know if the email account associated with their PayPal account is different that the address used for correspondence.) Many people already use PayPal for their online shopping needs. Setting up a new account at paypal.com takes only a few minutes and gives you a safe way to get your money from here to there.
