Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via the United States Postal Service.
Exchanges, Refunds and Back Orders Items returned in their original condition are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping. If we made a mistake filling your order, please return the items and we will be happy to ship the correct merchandise and refund any shipping charges you have incurred. Please note that you may wish to insure your return when mailing it back as Celtic Copper takes no responsibility for exchanges and returns that are lost in the mail. Sometimes we run out of a particular item. If this happens we will feel slightly embarrassed and ship your item to you as soon as possible.
